[U-Boot] [PATCH v3 7/8] sunxi: nand: Increase CONFIG_SYS_NAND_MAX_ECCPOS value

On some sunxi boards we have NANDs exposing 1664 OOB bytes per page. Define the CONFIG_SYS_NAND_MAX_ECCPOS value accordingly.
