[U-Boot-Users] [PATCH] trivial bugfix, #ifdef CONFIG_SKIP_LOWLEVEL_INIT added in arm920t/start.S

The ifdef around cpu_init_crit was added, otherwise a reference to
"lowlevel_init" still exists and could not be resolved by the linker.
