[U-Boot] Missing licenses in i.MX7 code

      Hi Peng,
there are two files for i.MX7 that were merged without any license
information. Rather I have not seen this before. They are:
arch/arm/mach-imx/mx7/psci-mx7.c
arch/arm/mach-imx/mx7/psci.S
and they were added with:
commit 7de4703691498e18c58f375d724818e4d0db6223

mx7: psci: add basic psci support
1. add basic psci support for imx7 chip.
    2. support cpu_on and cpu_off.
Could you please provide SPDX header and information for these two files
