Thanks for your suggestions,

We are able to write the image in the raw partition of harddisk, and we are able to see the u-boot header contents once we boot from the image.

But, it is restarting the target board after coming till "Starting Kernel" & also we put some debug statements & it is restarting just before "theKernel" ( in armlinux.c)

We are able to get the header information.. We are in doubt about what address we need to give for load address & entry point.( we have given 0000000 for both).

Whether the control is in the kernel or still in the Bootloader ?
