[U-Boot] Test Environment

      1. Try to build the u-boot test environment with the command:
./test/py/test.py --bd sandbox --build
Get the error
../include/image.h:1019:27: fatal error: openssl/evp.h: No such file or directory # include  <openssl/evp.h>
2. Does the Sandbox support the dhcp, tftp and nfs commands so they can go over the network?
