This series adds support for 88E6071 and compatible switches in the mv88e61xx driver.

patch 1 - rework to drop Kconfig option for MV88E6020 family selection: detect switch ID in mv88e61xx_priv_reg_offs_pre_init() and initialize the required port and global register offsets depending on the detected ID - patch 4 v3 is not required any more, drop it - add switch ID detection for 6020, 6070, 6220 and 6250 - reword comments and fix spelling (s/initialised/initialized/)
