Add support for USB host mode and USB device mode for the Cyclone V development kit and enable support for UMS (to export SD card as USB mass storage). The UMS is activated via 'ums 0 mmc 0' command, the system must be connected to a host PC via HPS USB port and SD card must be installed for this to work.
