Tested on the ARM foundation model and the in progress support for the ARMv8 Juno board.

Also it would be good to switch to driver model as we should not be adding new boards that don't support it. The PL011 serial driver supports driver model so it should be pretty simple.
Here is the Raspberry Pi conversion as an example as i uses the same UART (you only need to look at the CONFIG changes in he GPIO commit)
