This patchset does the following things:
- It brings the latest Linux changes from the mvpp2 ethernet driver done by Thomas Petazzoni to the U-Boot version of this driver. This enables the usage of this driver on the new Marvell Armada 7k / 8k ARMv8 SoCs.
- This driver is enabled for the currently available Armada 7k / 8k boards and the necessary configuration is done to the config header.
