[U-Boot] [ANN] U-Boot v2015.07-rc2 released

Hey all,

I've pushed v2015.04-rc2 out to the repository and tarballs should exist soon.

I'm well behind in tagging this, sorry about that. I'm going to try and have my queue cleared out mid-week or so.

As always, if anything is broken please speak up.
