Update defconfigs for TQMa6x family of boards. Primary goal is to do the overdue switch to DM_SERIAL. While at it, use also DM for MDIO / PHY and enable DM_THERMAL.
v2: Change topic from boards to configs. No further changes. Add Tom Rini to receivers since most of the changes over the last years were authored by him.
