The latest moveconfig runs "make saveconfig" only for defconfigs where a config has been moved.

So, this commit results in reviving some configs that were ripped off by Heiko's commit.

This is not a big deal, but if you mind it, you can produce the same result with "--force-sync" option, which runs "make saveconfig" all the time.
