[U-Boot] sunxi video support patches (edid, lcd and vga support) have been queued up in u-boot-sunxi/next

Hi Ian, Anatolij,

Thanks to Anatolij's hard work on reviewing all the patches today, everything is ready to go upstream now, and I've queued everything up in u-boot-sunxi/next for merging into v2015.04 once the merge window opens.

I've also rebased u-boot-sunxi/next on top of current master, and as such done a forces push to u-boot-sunxi/next.

"Everything" excludes the 3 patch lvds lcd panel set I send a couple of days ago, I've prepared a v2 addressing Ian's concerns with v1.
