Your command is seen as two commands:
setenv bootcmd cp 10020000 20008000 f818
followed by
go 20008000
You need to escape the semicolon ';' see http://www.denx.de/wiki/view/DULG/UBootCmdGroupEnvironment#Section_5.9.6.3.
