Yes. Have a look the drivers/mmc
Hm... AFAIK, 8315 chips don't include eSDHC controller.
(It is still possible to connect SD cards via SPI, but mmc spi driver isn't yet included into U-Boot.)
Anton is right, I was assuming the 8315 has the eSDHC controller just like 837x. Sorry for that.
