I am using CVS u-boot on mx1ads with syncflash. But i found that the default board config load the kernel from 0x8800 0000, which is ram address.

So what? Of course $loadaddr should be in RAM. What exactly is your problem?

What i am going to do is to port u-boot to MXL platform with AMD NOR flash, Do anyone try that before?
