
With our validation having progresses to the point of tuning the DRAM interface, we can now use a DDR3-1600 timing (i.e. 800MHz base clock) as the default for the RK3399-Q7 (Puma).
This series - adds a DDR3-1600 timing for the RK3399-Q7 - switches the RK3399-Q7 over to use this new timing - cleans up some graffiti (i.e. unwanted source edits) from the DDR3-1333 timing we had submitted earlier
