[U-Boot-Users] Disk-On-Chip for X-Scale

Has anyone done any work on support for Disk-On-Chip for the XScale processors? I'm trying to get U-Boot to be able to simply recognize our DiskOnChip G3 on an IXP425-based board. Seems like there's no support for these chips (16-bit wide in particular).
