If you include u-boot-patches@denx.de in the Cc: list you MUST alsi include the corresponding DNX#... ID inthe Subject (unless you really want to open a new ticket)!

No, please do it right from the beginning., It does not make sense to knowingly create a mess and the having to clean it up later,
