[U-Boot-Users] Patch to support EP8260 H2

      Here is a small patch to support the newer H2 version of the Embedded
Planet EP8260.
The patch supports the new:
    - clock speeds
    - flash chips
    - bcsr version information
I also updated any file I touched to the coding style as defined in the
u-boot README.
