[U-Boot] [PATCH v2] sun7i: Set ARMV7_BOOT_SEC_DEFAULT when OLD_SUNXI_KERNEL_COMPAT is set

Here is v2 of my "sun7i: Set ARMV7_BOOT_SEC_DEFAULT when OLD_SUNXI_KERNEL_COMPAT is set" patch, now using Kconfig as requested.

Note that this depends on the "[PATCH v4 0/2] ARM: Add non-secure / virt Kconfig options and allow secure boot on non-secure configs" series which I've just posted and should be merged after that.
