These DT files are copied from kernel v5.3 with very little changes.
Notably missing are audmux port configuration nodes, since U-Boot does
not provide the IMX_AUDMUX_ macros.
Add -u-boot.dtsi files to support GPIO based board detect.

This is 5th version of patchset to convert reset, system and clock manager
drivers to use #define instead of struct.
Patch 1 unchanged, patch 2,3,4 change macro value to 0x** format.
Tested on Cyclone 5, Arria 10 and Stratix 10 devices.

The SPL is now running at SDRAM, and 0x10000 is used by BL31,
and the ARM SPL do not support relocate now, we need reserved
0x50000 so that it won't overwrite the code when we load the
bl31 to target space.
We should remove this after we enable the relocate feature.

Raspberry Pi's memory address & size cells are defined in FDT's root
node. So, original fdtdec_decode_ram_size() having the cells in memory
node will get wrong size cells which misleads memory's reg parsing and
have wrong memory banks.
This patch provides new decode_ram_size() to parse the memory's reg in
FDT for Raspberry Pi 4.

add DM based PCI Configuration space access support for
MPC85xx PCI Bridge. This driver is based on
arch/powerpc/cpu/mpc85xx/pci.c
In the old driver there is a fix for a hw issue on the
TARGET_MPC8555CDS and TARGET_MPC8541CDS boards. As I
have no such hardware I did not port this part.
