[U-Boot] [PATCH 1/5] efi_loader: Generate Microsoft PE format complaint images

Per Microsoft PE Format documentation [1], PointerToSymbolTable and NumberOfSymbols should be zero for an image in the COFF file header. Currently U-Boot is generating *.efi images (eg: helloworld.efi) in which these two members are not zero. This updates the build rules to tell linker to remove the symbol table completely so that we can generate compliant *.efi images. The Arm Versatile Express and Juno development boards contain an OSC clock generator that can be accessed through the Versatile Express config bus. The generators are quite often being controlled by some MCU and the config bus offers a uniform way of exposing them. During the last months, Boris Brezillon shared his work to support serial flashes within Linux. First, he delivered (and merged) a new layer called spi-mem. He also initiated in Linux MTD subsystem the move of all 'raw' NAND related code to a raw/ subdirectory, adding at the same time a NAND core that would be shared with all NAND devices. Then, he contributed a generic SPI-NAND driver, making use of this NAND core, as well as some vendor code to drive a few chips. On top of this work, I made some cleanups in the MTD layer and added an 'mtd' U-Boot command to handle all sort of MTD devices. This should become the default command instead of having one per flash flavor ('sf', 'nand', 'spi-nand' ?). The series has been tested on an Ocelot board PCB123 (VSC7514), featuring a Macronix SPI NAND chip. TL;DR: the series contains (stripped version since ~30 patches have already been taken): - Support for spi-nand devices in mtdparts. - Generics mtdparts/mtdids parsers. - A new 'mtd' command. - A note to set mtdparts command legacy. With this series I can now sucessfully boot from a sd-card, with even big kernels being read sucessfully. Patch 1 is not strictly necessary for that but was a result of me investigating the mmc hang which even hung the whole uboot. Hi, This adds support for storing AVB rollback indexes in the RPMB partition. The RPMB partition (content and key) is managed by OP-TEE (https://www.op-tee.org/) which is a secure OS leveraging ARM TrustZone. The Linux kernel can already support OP-TEE with reading and updating rollback indexes in the RPMB partition, the catch is that this is needed before the kernel has booted. The design here is the same as what is in the Linux kernel, with the exception that the user space daemon tee-supplicant is integrated in the OP-TEE driver here (drivers/tee/optee/supplicant.c) instead. A new uclass (UCLASS_TEE) is introduced to provide an abstraction for interfacing with a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE). There's also the OP-TEE driver using UCLASS_TEE for registration. A Trusted Application (TA) interface is added to be used by the AVB verify functions which are updated accordingly. The TA is managed by OP-TEE and is executed in a secure TrustZone protected environment. The header files drivers/tee/optee/optee_{msg,msg_supplicant,smc}.h and include/tee/optee_ta_avb.h are copied from https://github.com/OP-TEE/optee_os/tree/master more or less unmodified. They may need to be updated from time to time in order to support new features. In MMC there's a new function, mmc_rpmb_route_frames(), which as the name suggests is used to route RPMB frames to/from the MMC. This saves OP-TEE from implementing an MMC driver which would need to share resources with its counterpart here in U-Boot. This was tested on a Hikey (Kirin 620) board. All Linux firmware drivers are put under "/firmware" node and it has support to populate "/firmware" node by default. u-boot and Linux can share same DTB. In this case, driver probe for devices under "/firmware" will not be invoked as "/firmware" does not have its own "compatible" property. This patch series scans "/firmware" node by default like "/clocks". To avoid duplication of code, first patch moves, node scan code into separate function.
