[U-Boot] [PATCH] spl: make image arg or fdt blob address reconfigurable

At present fdt blob or argument address being passed to kernel is fixed at compile time using macro CONFIG_SYS_SPL_ARGS_ADDR. FDT blob from different media like nand, nor flash are copied to the address pointed by the macro. The problem is, it makes args/fdt blob compulsory to copy which is not required in cases like for NOR Flash. This patch removes this limitation. A feature rich Kernel for Linux needs more than 8 MiB. Hence enlarge CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN to 64 MiB for the Odroid C2. As the Odroid C2 has has 2 GiB of RAM this poses no problem. This patch needs work with some patch for SPL support multi binary in FIT which is from Andre. The entry point of bl31 and bl33 is still using hard code because we still can not get them from the FIT image information. This patch tested on rk3399 platform. Hi, i tried to port our Duckbill (based on NXP i.MX28 SoC) to U-Boot v2017.03 [1]. The startup works fine, except of this warning: No arch specific invalidate_icache_all available! I didn't found a MXS specific implementation of invalidate_icache_all(). Did i miss something? Shouldn't be the other MXS boards also affected? As the RK3399-Q7 (Puma) differs from our previous modules in how we can force an external boot (on the RK3399-Q7 this holds the eMMC and SPI in reset, until an external signal is removed) through the 'BIOS disable'-signal of the Qseven specification, we can't derive the unique board id reliably from the eMMC's unique id. Instead, for the RK3399-Q7, we rely on the efuse block of the RK3399 and use the (assumed to be unique) cpu_id region.
