[U-Boot] [PATCH] arm: Remove unused !CONFIG_SPL_BUILD code in board_init_f()

Some code in board_init_f that dates back to the initial relocation support had if/else for PRELOADER (which became SPL_BUILD) about setting the stack pointer. But, board.c is never built for CONFIG_SPL_BUILD now, so this really makes no sense. Drop this section. As there were parallel set of patches running between u-boot and kernel. hence, some patch-sets caused regression for OMAP3x platforms when booting using u-boot specifically for ecc-schemes (like BCH4_SW). When Auto-CMD12 is used, the corresponding interrupt and error bit should be enabled and set to reflect auto cmd 12 error. Commit cbe5cdfcd changed config.mk and arch/sandbox/cpu/Makefile to use -idirafter instead of -I and remove -nostdinc. But * Sandbox-specific code dirties config.mk * os.c is compiled without such compiler flags as: -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -Wno-format-security -fno-builtin -ffreestanding -fno-stack-protector -fstack-usage -Wno-format-nonliteral This commit use -idirafter and remove the -nostdinc differently and more simply.
