To meet certain timing requirements on the lpddr2 cmd and data phy interfaces ,lpddr iopads have to be configured as differential buffers and a Vref has to be internally generated and provided to these buffers. Correcting the above settings here. This patch series updates keymile boards with Kirkwood CPU and adds two new boards. This new boards are kmnusa and kmcoge5un. Also the existing boards with own config files were migrated to the common header km_kirkwood.h. Some small adaption in generic kirkwood code was needed due to two new features on the new board. First one is that the u-boot environment is in the SPI NOR flash and the second one is the direct MAC/MAC connection from the mvgbe interface to an simple switch. Changes for v2: - removed the two patches "spi/kirkwood: add weak functions board_spi_bus_claim/release" and "mvgbe: remove warning for unused methods" from the series as they are were independent from it. The series is however dependent of these two patches. However, if using such value the IPU driver hangs when trying to access the IPU registers. Looking for this definition in Freescale U-boot version shows that it is set as 0. Set it as 0 here as well, so that we can have a working IPU driver for mx53.
