[U-Boot] common/update.c ITB update code refactoring

common/update.c used to update flash with ITB image. With this patch it can also use any templated nash commands to load and save blobs. Also it adds nand as possible target for update. When interrupt_init() is called, this register gets reset which resulted in all POST_RAM POSTs not being ran due to the corrupted POST word. To resolve this, store off POST word before the PIC is reset, and restore it after the PIC has been initialized. Hello, I would like to ask a question regarding the MII functionality : When using mii commands (cmd_mii.c) everything works well, until trying to do a ping (using net command). After any ping try(with success or not), the mii read function is stuck. Maybe it has to do with davinci mii implementation, but I am not sure if this is the problem or not. Any advice is welcomed. I have inherited a MPC8323ERDB project and when I connect my BDI to it, I get to this point when the target is turned on. CPU: e300c2, MPC8323E, Rev: 1.1 at 333.333 MHz, CSB: 133.333 MHz Econolite Control Products ASC/4I2C: ready DRAM: 64 MB FLASH: 16 MB With the BDI, when I issue its "go" command, I dont see anything else come out on the serial port. Update the "monitor" environment variable (for Freescale chips that have a DIU display controller) to display the full video configuration, instead of just the output monitor. The old definition of the "monitor" environment variable only determines which video port to use for output. This variable is set to a number (0, 1, or sometimes 2) to specify a DVI, LVDS, or Dual-LVDS port. The resolution is hard-coded into board-specific code. The Linux command-line arguments need to be hard-coded to the proper video definition string. Instead, the "monitor" variable is now set to a string that indicates not only the part name, but also the resolution, color depth, and refresh rate. This string is then parsed for all needed information, and can be passed to the kernel via the 'diubootargs' environment variable.
