This patch adds support for the AT91SAM9263EK board. It builds on top of the support added for the AT91SAM9260EK by Stelian Pop. The patch 70431e8a7393b6b793f77957f95b999fc9a269b8 (Make MPC83xx one step closer to full relocation.) doesn't use CFG_MONITOR_BASE anymore. But on 4xx systems _start currently cannot be used for this calculation. So revert back to the original version for now. Override the default go/boote handlers as we want to disable both data and instruction cache before executing external programs (since Blackfin cache handling requires a software handler in U-Boot which may be overwritten). dcache_enable() was missing for 440 and the patch 017e9b7925f74878d0e9475388cca9bda5ef9482 ["allow ports to override bootelf "] behavior uses this function. Note: Currently the cache handling functions like d/icache_disable/enable() are NOP's on 440. This may be changed in the future.
