Hi everybody, as you are probably aware of, we have only 4 more days with an open merge window left (the merge window for 1.3.3 is open until Mar 31, 23:59:59 MET). I think I have now applied (or rejected) all patches I felt responsible for myself, i. e. which (in my opinion) don't fall into the domain of some custodian. Please come forward now if you have submitted any patches that should go into 1.3.3 but are not in the master branch yet. When the LM73 temperature sensor measures a temperature below 0 C, the current driver does not perform sign extension, so the result returned is 512 C too high. This patch fixes the problem, and does general cleanup of the code. Hi all, Patch to remove SEARCH_DIR directive is rather large since so many linker scripts include it. I have included a link below but our FTP site is frequently "cleaned up" by admin. Please let me know if I need to upload it again. CHANGELOG Remove all SEARCH_DIR directives from linker scripts. Many of the linker scripts included SEARCH_DIR directives making the linker search for libraries in the host tree (/lib, /usr/lib and /usr/local/lib). This made no sense for a cross-compiled and self contained bootloader and causes some toolchains to generate warnings. Kim, please review this resubmitted patch with changes as you have requested : - coding style issues - Makefile - Maintainer - common mpc83xx PCI code - added README.mvblm7 Please let me know if anything is still invalid or not acceptable. As mentioned before the merge window is close -> take it into "next" please. Due to size I have to split the patch. It leaves only an empty ./u-boot-91/.git/clone-tmp, though it does create other directories in .git temporarily. This problem has been repeatable for nearly the past 2 hours. I did a clone of the same git repository without any problems earlier today, except it wouldn't build properly.
